During a brief pause in the midst of my meetings at the Zerolat Expo, I had the chance to wander around and take advantage of the vibrant atmosphere. I couldn't resist the opportunity to capture as many models as possible in that short hour. With nothing but my trusty Leica Q2, I ventured through the Expo, shooting candid and raw portraits with no additional lighting or equipment.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to travel to Quito, Ecuador, for the World Photographic Cup at the Zerolat Expo. Representing the Slovak national photographic team was a proud moment for me, and it was an experience I will always cherish.

The Federation of European Professional Photographers convened in Kiel, Germany, this November for its 46th QEP/MQEP judging session, an event filled with anticipation, creativity, and camaraderie. As a judge for QEP, MQEP, EV, and QEV qualifications, I was honored to participate in this prestigious gathering, where talented photographers and videographers showcased their exceptional work.

On October 19, 2024, the 5th "View & Appreciate" exhibition, organized by Shangtufang, debuted at Beijing International Photography Week 2024. The event, held at the China Millennium Monument, featured photography works from the heads of organizations from ten European countries. This collaborative exhibition highlighted cross-cultural dialogue between China and the West through the medium of photography, showcasing unique artistic expressions and contemporary perspectives.

Recently, I had the honor of capturing Adam and Miroslava’s beautiful wedding portraits in the enchanting High Tatras. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect – autumn had just begun to paint the landscape with rich, warm colors, while the mountain peaks were dusted with the first snow of the season. It was a dreamlike setting, combining nature’s beauty with the joy and love of a newlywed couple.

Together, we created a series that celebrates movement, expression, and exquisite detail.

Instead of classic corporate headshots, we wanted to capture the team in a natural, relaxed environment. The goal was to showcase the people behind the brand, focusing on authenticity and real moments rather than stiff poses

Recently, I had the pleasure of teaming up with my colleague @python9320 for a post-wedding shoot that gave the couple a chance to relive their special day without the rush and pressure of the actual wedding. This session allowed us to capture beautiful moments in stunning locations that wouldn’t have been possible on the wedding day itself.

Just wrapped up an amazing shoot featuring the stunning Nikola, where elegance and movement came together in perfect harmony. Using the Leica SL2, I was able to capture not only her graceful poses but also the soft, dynamic lighting that added depth and emotion to each portrait. The precision and clarity of the SL2 truly brought these images to life, highlighting every detail and capturing the essence of each moment.

For this latest project, I had the pleasure of working with the captivating Laura, capturing her natural elegance in a series of bold, expressive portraits. Using my Leica SL2, I wanted to create images that not only highlighted her beauty but also conveyed a sense of strength and vulnerability.

Photographing this beautiful wedding at the elegant Château Appony was a memorable experience. With my talented colleague @python9320 by my side, we captured the essence of this couple’s special day amidst the timeless beauty of the château. The stunning architecture and lush surroundings provided a perfect backdrop, adding a sense of romance and grandeur to each shot.

The golden light, vast fields, and dramatic skies provided a stunning canvas for the couple’s love story. Each shot reflects the serenity and romance of the moment, from the tender kisses at sunset to the couple’s quiet walks through the tall grass.

As a professional photographer and President of the Association of Professional Photographers of the Slovak Republic, I have had the opportunity to work with various communities across Slovakia. One of the most significant and challenging experiences has been photographing Roma communities.
